Overall Vision Originality Technique ImpactBy far one of the most creative drawings I have seen of Celestia and a gorgeous idea for an artwork. This plays into one of my favourite head canons that Celestia's mane is the colour of a lens flare against the sun.
The vibrance of the colours flows so freely, and this is makes the piece grow so much. She seems to fly right across the page. I love the way that she is depicted looking back at 'her' sun, her star, as thought she has formulated a bond with it.
The artist has makes the colours of her mane connect so well, and the vibrance of the colours as well as the shading of the sun itself is strong and powerful. Her body flies majestically, and her slight knowing smile adds a feeling of confidence and shows the change within her.
